Job Description

• Creating building designs for High-rise, Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Hospital buildings, and Academic Institutions by using Autocad, Revit, 3DS Max, Photoshop & Sketch.
• Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
• Coordination with consultants, site and clients.
• Producing detailed working drawings.
• Making sites visit to check the progress of work.
• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail in drawing.
• Coordinate with service consultants to issue GFC drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Expertise in architectural design and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural industry software and tools.
