Role & Responsibilities

• Estimate material quantities and costs for buildings as per schedule of rates.
• To prepare tender and contract documents – this can include bills of quantities with the client and architect.
• To undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
• Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility.
• Calculating material quantities and costs.
• Preparation of data rates.
